Leather is a natural product, and as such, each hide is unique. We do our best to work around blemishes in the hide, however it's not always possible, especially for larger pieces, to be 100% blemish free every time. If you receive your product and are unhappy, please contact us.

4. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We are a small shop, and to avoid backlogs we generally only make available for sale products that are already made. If you have a special request, please contact us

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping to various locations. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Repairs

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return. Our products have a 1 year warranty against defects in either the materials or craftsmanship. If we cannot repair it, we will replace it with as close of a product as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

Gunpowder Leatherworks shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products. Our warranty and return policy does not protect against spills, theft, negligence, damage from animals, acts of god, washers/dryers, etc.
